11TH "HOLEBIFILMFESTIVAL VLAAMS-BRABANT": NOV 8-26, 2011

These are the dates for the 11th edition of the LGBT Filmfestival Vlaams-Brabant: November 8-26, 2011.

Just like last year, we're adding more cities: in total we have screenings in 7 cities in Flemish Brabant: Leuven, Halle, Aarschot, Landen, Overijse, Haacht and Vilvoorde.

BELGIAN PREMIERE JUDAS KISS: 21 NOVEMBER

On Monday November 21, we are hosting the Belgian premiere of the movie Judas Kiss, at 8pm, in Kinepolis, Leuven. One of the actors, Timo Descamps, will be present!

SECOND EDITION OF UNIQUE COMPETITION FOR SHORT MOVIES

After the successful first edition of Holebikort in 2010, the Holebifilmfestival (gay-lesbian-bi or LGB) of Flemish Brabant decided to continue with a second edition.

The film competition for short movies called Holebikort is organised by the Holebifilmfestival Vlaams-Brabant, with the support of the Holebihuis Vlaams-Brabant, the city of Leuven and the province of Vlaams-Brabant.

The project aims to stimulate film talent in Belgium but also from all over Europe and the world to make shortmovies in which the gay-lesbian-bi (LGB) theme plays a part.
